COEN ENGLISH   一般規約 レッスンの時間について： レッスンは５５分間です。未就学のお子様のレッスンは４０分間 です。 支払いについて： 毎月の最後のレッスンまでに翌月のお支払いをお願いします（例：９月の授業料は８月最後のレッスン時までに お支払いいただきます）。 欠席について： 授業料のお支払いの際に、翌月のレッスンで欠 席日が分かっている場合は、そのことをお知らせください。出席数に応じてレッスン料が減額されます（料金表 参照）。授業料のお支払い後に欠席のご連絡をい ただいた場合、また期日までのお支払いができていない場合は、レッスン料の減額は適用されません（COEN ENGLISHの都合によりレッスンをキャンセルした場合を除く）。 １か月以上の長期欠席につ いて：１か月以上レッスンを欠席 される場合でも、月々の月会費（料金表参照）をお支払い いただければ、ご自分の授業の時間枠は２か月を限度にキープされます。２か月を超えた場合あるいは月々の月 会費のお支払いがない場合、その時間枠は他の生 徒さんが申し込み可能な状態に戻されます。 振替レッスンについて： 同じ月に開講されている他のレッスンの中で適当と講師が判断した場合には、振替レッスンが可能です。 入会金について： 入会金はありません。 　 無料体験レッスン： 生徒さんお１人につき１回受講できます。 レッスンで使用する本について：レッスン中に本またはその他 教材等を使用する場合は、ご購入いただきます。本および教材は原則としてCOEN ENGLISHが用意いたします。 ファミリー割引について： お２人目から月４回で１０００円割引されます(１クラス毎に２５０円)。   グ ループ・レッスンの規約 人数について：１ クラス最大６人までです。２名以上から開講いたします。 教材およびレッスン内容について：COEN ENGLISHまたはクラス担当講師が決定いたします。 講師について： それぞれのクラス担当講師はCOEN ENGLISHが決定いたします。常に同じ講師が同じクラスを担当するよう努めますが、都合により臨時にあ るいは長期にわたって講師を変更する場合があり ます。    プ ライベート・レッスンの規約 人数について： 生徒さんご自身で決めて頂けます。料金表をご 覧下さい。 レッスンの追加について： レッスンは月４回が原則ですが、 レッスンの追加をご希望の方は追加料金（料金表参照）をお支払いください。 教材およびレッスン内容に ついて：生徒さんと講師との相談 の上決定いたします。 講師について：COEN ENGLISHのプログラムでは各講師のプライベートレッスンスケジュールが設定されています。担当講師が 予定のプライベートレッスンを教えられない場 合、他の講師と レッスンを行うかキャンセルするかを生徒さんに決めていただきます。
COEN English General Policy: Class length: All other classes are 55 minutes except the 40 min. 3-K pre-school classes.    Payment: We reqest pre-payment by last class of the previous month.  For example, September classes should be paid by the last class in August.  Absence during the month: When payment is made before the start of the new month, the lesson rate  will be discounted for scheduled classes the student is not able to attend. After classes have started for the month, the lesson fee will only be discounted when COEN English cancels the class(es). Lesson rescheduling may be possible if there is another existing appropriate class (teacher discretion) during the same month. Absence of one month or longer: If a student is absent from class for a month or longer, class placement will be kept for the student(s) for up to two months if the monthly fee is paid in advance for each month of absence. After two months, that position will be made available to other students.  New Student Fees: Zero    Trial lesson: One free trial lesson per student.   Book Fees: When books and other materials are used in class, students will be asked to purchase these materials.  COEN Enlish will usually have the materials available, or order them.   Discounts:  The second and subsequent immediate family members will receive a 1000yen/four lesson month (250yen/class) discount.     Special Policy for Group Classes: Group class size: will be limited to six students. Instructional material and class content: will be determined by COEN English or the class instructor. Choice of instructor:  COEN English will decide the instructor for each class.  While consistency is valued, we may reassign instructors either temporairly or longer term.   Special Policy for Private Classes: Private class size: will be set by the students. See class fees.   Instructional material and class content: will be agreed upon by the student and instructor. Choice of instructor:  COEN English develops each instructor's schedule.  When an instructor is not able to teach a scheduled private class, when available, another instructor may be requested by the student.
